paths must be more configurable

Not enough flexibility in: lib/SGL/Install/Common.php#L243

I think it's must be: $customConfig = SGL_ETC_DIR . '/customInstallDefaults.ini';

Let me know if I have lost anything, pls.

we're reorganising the paths to be much more flexible in trunk, some of lastest code has not been committed yet, please help us to ensure maximum configurability for paths when this code becomes available.

Hi - this issue is addressed in sgl2, I personally think it's too messy to apply more hacks in bugfix. I will be progressing sgl2 starting first week in aug.
