Let's imagine a preference called\r\n"newsletter" which can have 0 or 1 as a value. 0 means\r\nno newsletter.\r\n\r\nSo_ during registration a visitor can enter all user\r\nattributes. It would be nice if the user can define\r\nthis preference "newsletter" at registration and set it\r\nto 1 is desired.\r\n\r\nThis means that some user preferences should be able to\r\nbe set when the new user is created.\r\n\r\nA possible solution:\r\nAdd a new column to table preference: A flag which\r\nindicated whether this preference may be edited during\r\nregistration. For example "set_on_register".\r\n\r\nAnd the manager_ when loading the register page_\r\nautomagically loads all preferences with this flag on\r\non the registration page too.\r\n\r\nAnd when inserting the new user into database also\r\nthese edited preferences should be inserted as new user\r\npreferences.\r\n\r\nI think_ this is important.
